The Byrd’s Entrepreneurial Institute (The B.E.I.) Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in or accessing any program, course, event, or service offered by the Byrd’s Entrepreneurial Institute (The B.E.I.), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all participants, members, and users of the B.E.I. platform. Please read these terms carefully.

2. Program Enrollment

  • Eligibility: Enrollment in The B.E.I. programs is open to individuals who meet the specific criteria outlined for each program. The B.E.I. reserves the right to accept or deny enrollment at its discretion.

  • Application Process: All prospective students must complete the official application form. Acceptance into any program is contingent on the completion of the application and the fulfillment of any prerequisites.

  • Payment Terms: Tuition fees must be paid in full by the deadlines specified in your acceptance letter. Payment plans may be available upon request. Failure to pay tuition fees on time may result in your removal from the program.

3. Membership

  • Membership Tiers: The B.E.I. offers various membership tiers with different benefits. Members agree to pay the associated fees and understand that benefits are contingent upon the tier selected.

  • Membership Duration: Membership is valid for the period specified at the time of purchase. Renewal of membership is required to continue enjoying benefits.

  • Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership at any time, but fees are non-refundable.

4. Use of B.E.I. Resources

  • Access: Participants will receive access to specific resources, including interactive books, online courses, and toolboxes, as part of their enrollment or membership.

  • Restrictions: The sharing, reproduction, or distribution of any B.E.I. materials, resources, or intellectual property is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

  • Technology Use: Participants must ensure that they have access to the necessary technology to participate in online courses and must adhere to any platform-specific terms of use.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All materials provided by the B.E.I., including but not limited to, course content, publications, and multimedia, are the intellectual property of The B.E.I. and are protected by applicable laws.

  • License: Enrollees and members are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use B.E.I. materials for personal educational purposes only.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Professionalism: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. This includes respectful communication with instructors, peers, and B.E.I. staff.

  • Misconduct: Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the program without refund.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Data Collection: The B.E.I. collects personal information necessary for the administration of its programs and services. This information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

  • Data Usage: By enrolling, participants consent to the use of their data for program administration, communication, and marketing purposes.

8. Refund Policy

10. Termination

  • Termination by The B.E.I.: The B.E.I. reserves the right to terminate a participant’s enrollment or membership at any time for violation of these terms or any applicable laws.

  • Termination by Participant: Participants may withdraw from a program at any time but must adhere to the refund policy as outlined.

11. Amendments

  • Changes to Terms: The B.E.I. reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email or the B.E.I. website.

  • Effective Date: The terms will be effective as of the date of the most recent update.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the appropriate courts of Georgia.
