The Byrd's Entrepreneurial Institute (The B.E.I.) Youth Summer Entrepreneur Program
The Youth Summer Entrepreneurship Program at The Byrd's Entrepreneurial Institute (The B.E.I.), coming summer 2025, is designed to inspire and empower Minority youth ages 14-24. This program focuses on providing school-to-career employment opportunities, equipping young entrepreneurs with the skills and knowledge needed to create and sustain successful businesses. Each year, we aim to serve a minimum of 25 youth across our various programs.
Program Objectives:
Promote entrepreneurship as a viable career path.
Equip youth with practical business skills and knowledge.
Foster a mindset of innovation and resilience.
Provide mentorship and networking opportunities.
Encourage community engagement and social responsibility.
Program Structure:
The program is divided into two camps: a 1-week program for ages 14-17 and a 1-week program for ages 18-24, designed to cater to different levels of entrepreneurial experience and commitment.

Interactive workshops covering key topics such as business planning, marketing, and financial literacy.
Seminars featuring successful entrepreneurs sharing their experiences and insights.
